1. In case of a wrong address provided by the customer, the product charges will be bared by the customer.
  2. In case of tampering/damage caused by third-party service centre/ repair shops then the warranty will not be applicable anymore.
  3. Warranty cannot be transferred from customer to customer or product to product, Owner of the product is solely responsible for their product.
  4. If enough pieces of information (proper bill receipt, invoice, warranty card) are not provided by the customer, Flash has the right to refuse the warranty claim.
  5. Once the customer replaces the product the warranty will not exceed after that.
  6. Warranty will not be covered under physical damage, water damage, broken product, wear, and tear.
